The city has decided to separate the chaff from the fine materials which is why some individuals came together with certified PH city brands and bloggers to celebrate our best. "PH CITY HOTTEST ARTISTE AWARDS"otherwise (PHCAA) is an award which artiste comes on board with the help of fans and quality contents. Votes are given and taken through surveys, online forms, word of mouth and other forms which is employed in collating data. 

To be a part of this award, Artiste needs to apply for a form and fill out needed information which include artiste name, stage name (If different from stage name), artiste picture, artiste genre, notable music/works, Metropolis resided in, Shows attended (if any), A link to at least one of your song or work. Artiste coming on this award need fan base and huge dedication to one’s work huge fan base and wack song gets you nowhere likewise nice song and no fan base even a listener.
